Refund policy
At Buydropt, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at jxnstudioapp@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you — no return shipping required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items used, washed, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Gift cards
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary. If you've done that and still haven't received it, contact us at jxnstudioapp@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it falls under our standard return policy above.
