Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery times do not include processing time.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at jxnstudioapp@gmail.com and we'll investigate and make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at the customer's expense.
